The Benue State Public Procurement Commission's eTendering is the government institutions' eProcurement platform based on the World bank SFTAS programme Directives on public procurement. Allowing free electronic access to call for tenders' documents such as contractual documentation, technical specifications, annexes, inquiries, redress mechanism etc.The eProcurement System enables the Tenderers to download the Tender Schedule free of cost and then submit the bids online through this portal.

eTendering provides free electronic access to calls for tenders published by Benue State Government's Ministries,Departments, institutions, agencies and other bodies. It is integrated and synchronized with the ability to eNotices on the procurement website, where public procurement notices are published.

The registration process is simple and open to all contractors. Only basic information is needed for the registration: an account with a valid email address and the desired password are mandatory. Registration require paying the stipulated fee to Benue State Internal Revenue Service.

All information on public calls for tenders is accessible even without registration. Registered Contractors will get also access to the following functionalities:
